Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any merchandise you have purchased from Glam Pack Beauty, LLC, you may exchange your purchase for an equal amount in value. Exchanged product(s) must be returned in its original state, meaning: your purchased bundle(s) may not be combed, brushed, cut, unraveled, washed, treated with any chemicals, etc. In addition, all original packaging must be intact. Merchandise may not be damaged or impaired in any way. You have 7 business days from your delivery date to exchange product(s). We are unable to accept exchange requests received after 7 days of your delivery date. 

Shipping Policy
Shipping and billing address must match for your order to be processed. After your order is placed it takes 1-2 business days to process full payment of your purchased items. Once payment has been processed and verified, a USPS tracking number will be emailed to you and shipping on average takes 3-4 business days--not including any inclement weather delays. All orders will be shipped via USPS. If billing and shipping address don't match please email glampackbeauty@gmail.com to request a credit/debit card authorization form. orders will not be processed without a completed form.
