Head measurements are required to be done by the customer. If you provide wrong measurements, that’s a mistake on your behalf. No exchange or refunds!!

Exchanges 
If unsatisfied with any merchandise (bundles/closures only!) you may exchange for a equal amount in value merchandise. Product must be returned in its original state. Bundles may not be combed, brushed, unrevealed, washed etc. All original packaging must be intact. Merchandise may not be damaged or impaired in any way. You have 3 business days from purchase or delivery date to exchange product. Anything later will not be accepted. Business days are Monday-Friday not including any holidays.
